Al Doha Saida

The project is kind of a residential community composed of 7 low-rise buildings. Each building consists of 4 floors with an underground parking. Apartments’ areas vary up to 260m2. The residential community is surrounded by a fence; it has its private gate for entrance, with a security post. Fascinating external green landscapes color the place.

Block A

Consists of 4 floors, 4 apartments in each floor ranging from 238m2 and 292m2 in area. 
Rooms’ number changes according to apartment’s area; having 3 bedrooms, 2 salon, dining room, sitting room, dressing room, 4 bathrooms, maid room, kitchen & 4 balconies.
This Block also contains small apartments consisting of 2 bedrooms, salon, dining room, kitchen (Open American system), maid room, 2 balconies & 2 bathrooms.

– Ground Floor: Building entrance & concierge room
– Basement Floor: Consists of 6 warehouses
– Parking: For a total of 30 cars

Block B

Consists of 4 floors, 2 apartments in each floor, area 177m2.
